The Cannes Yachting Festival 2024 has just concluded, attracting sea enthusiasts and industry professionals from around the world from September 10 to 15. This event, considered Europe’s leading in-water boat show, has once again confirmed its global leadership, drawing in major industry players and an increasingly international audience.
Yacht Controller: A Success in Cannes
For Yacht Controller, the show was a great success. The company managed to capture the attention of numerous visitors and industry professionals with its cutting-edge technological solutions for boat control. During the event, the audience had the opportunity to test the wireless systems for remote control, which continue to revolutionize how yacht owners manage docking maneuvers.
The Yacht Controller team met many new clients and strengthened relationships with international partners, receiving very positive feedback on its solutions. In particular, the remote-controlled docking systems remained one of the preferred solutions for boat owners seeking greater simplicity and safety in maneuvers.
An International Showcase for Innovation
The Cannes Yachting Festival 2024 featured nearly 700 boats of all sizes, ranging from 5 to 50 meters, offering a spectacular display at the city’s two historic ports: Vieux Port and Port Canto. The most significant innovation of this edition was the introduction of a new marina area dedicated to motorboats up to 12-13 meters, which hosted 170 units, 140 of which were in the water and about thirty on land.

This year’s show confirmed its international scope, with exhibitors and visitors from all over the world. Many of the major shipyards present chose the Cannes Yachting Festival as a launch platform for their new boats, making the event a fertile ground for new collaborations and business agreements.
