Nemesis, Maximo, and Supremo for Docking Small Boats or Superyachts with a Computer
The different Yacht Controller systems are sold with remotes that have varying features but share the same common goal: to maneuver the vessel from any point during docking without having to remain at the controls, operating the engines, thrusters, and anchor windlass. For this reason, Yacht Controller, a company with over twenty years of experience, has launched new products based on Linux: NEMESIS for boats up to 16 meters, MAXIMO for up to 26 meters, and SVPREMO for superyachts. The new fixed Joystick JCS+ will also be available for the summer.
The ability to choose among three different remotes, all transceivers, allows the user to select the one that best suits their needs. The keypad remote is ergonomic, with different buttons that enable tactile command activation without needing to look. The lever and joystick remotes allow users already accustomed to these modes to maintain their usual operation.
A Wi-Fi connection enables commands to be displayed on smartphones, PCs, or tablets, and allows for connectivity to the latest generation of chart plotters already onboard. All units are also equipped with connections for remote assistance and upgrades. An innovative vibration system alerts the user in case of an alarm. Manual and automatic functions are combined with joystick emulation. All remotes can be equipped with options for controlling other onboard devices.
NEMESIS
For boats up to 16 meters, it offers: 25 transmission channels on 2 bands, vibration, wireless charging, Wi-Fi connectivity for smartphones, PCs, and tablets, a second Wi-Fi for connection to chart plotters, and remote assistance, installation, and upgrades via VPN. It pairs with button, lever, or joystick transceivers.
MAXIMO
For boats up to 26 meters, it offers: 49 transmission channels on 2 bands, a display, vibration, wireless charging, Wi-Fi connectivity for smartphones, PCs, and tablets, a second Wi-Fi for connection to chart plotters, and remote assistance, installation, and upgrades via VPN. It pairs with button, lever, or joystick transceivers.
JCS PLUS
Designed for lovers of the fixed helm joystick, it is easy to install: it connects via cable to a receiver from the Nemesis, Maximo, or Supremo series. It can operate alone or in combination with wireless remote controls. It allows you to control engines and directional thrusters, windlasses, and acceleration. It features both automatic and manual modes, as well as an Inkpaper technology display for excellent visibility in sunlight and at night.
SVPREMO
It is designed for yachts over 26 meters and offers: 100 transmission channels on 2 bands, a display, vibration, wireless charging, Wi-Fi connectivity for smartphones, PCs, and tablets, a second Wi-Fi for connection to chart plotters, and remote assistance, installation, and upgrades via VPN. It pairs with button, lever, or joystick transceivers.
