Making docking simple has always been Yacht Controller’s mission, known in the market for its remote controls for boating. For 2018, they have an interesting new product in store: a remote control compatible with Volvo Penta IPS propeller pods. Giuseppe Brianza explains that this latest product from the Lombardy-based company allows you to remotely duplicate the joystick present at the helm without cables. It operates both on the throttle and the orientation of the pods. Like all Yacht Controller remotes, it allows you to leave the traditional control station during maneuvers, providing a better view of the dock and surrounding boats, and actively participate in the docking operation.
